Founded in 1976, Isotherm Systems embarked on the journey of developing Indigenous Technology with a mission to compete globally in terms of Reliability, Performance and Advancement of its products.
Since inception, Isotherm Systems has moved from manufacturing of Welding Transformers, Welding Rectifiers, Tig Welding Machines, and Gas Plasma Cutting Machine to now only Air Plasma Cutting Machines for the past 18 years concentrating to perfection.
The force behind the successful journey of the company has been the single minded devotion and diligence of the proprietor and guiding light Mr. Deepak Shah.
He recalls his journey- [in his words] : “In the year 1977, when we got the first Purchase Order for a water cooled Plasma cutting Torch using Argon Hydrogen Gases for Plasma formation in German make Mansfeld machine marked the starting point for indigenous development and innovation-our motto-which we strive for every day, even today.
In January, 1992 we went into developing Air Plasma Machine where the first proto type of the machine was displayed in the 79th Indian Science Congress- Science and Technology exhibition, where we bagged the “Best Stall” award in our category and from then onwards, we have concentrated only on the complete installation of the Air Plasma Cutting machine encompassing the Power Source, Control System and their Torches. Today we manufacture the range of Air plasma Machines by the name of The AirPAC series – namely
AirPAC-15, AirPAC-30, AirPAC-50 and AirPAC-75 and to cut up to 100 mm SS on specific orders only.
Today, when I stand up and look back, it gives me immense satisfaction to have been able to make technological contribution to my country and society, in whatever small way I could manage out of the meager resources. This in itself would not have been possible without the support of my clients and grace of Almighty God.”

AUTO AirPAC
The Air Plasma Machine is coupled with CNC system to cut various shapes and design that are fed through Auto Cad drawing using computer or Laptop. The systems moves on Gantry and Rail system driven by Servo motors and digital Drives and controlled by multi axis controllers. They come in following Models –
